You can pay in EUR (Euros) or CZK (Czech crowns). The prices in other currencies as HUF, HRK, DKK, SEK, RON, PLN, GBP are for informational purposes only.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will be informed about the status of your order by email. If you are a registered customer, you will also find your order status in your profile.

How do I pay for shipping?

Once your payment is credited to our account, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Do you sell products for right-hand drive?

Yes, we do. If you don't find a RHD product in our e-shop, please contact us by e-mail, indicating the VIN number of your car and we will check availability and price of the product. 

Why is a minimum purchase required for orders shipped towards Great Britain?

A minimum purchase of 170 EUR (VAT free and not including shipping) is a specific carrier's requirement based on import rules of the British customs office. 

I purchased an item but it doesn't fit. Can I return it?

Yes, under certain conditions it is possible to return the goods. By law, a private customer has the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days when concluding a purchase contract by means of distance communication, eg. via Internet. However, the goods must be undamaged, with no signs of use or wear, and in original packaging. The goods have to be be sent to this adress: Auto Veleslavín Car s.r.o., Veleslavínská 457 / 17b, 162 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic. If you return the entire order, we will refund also the amount for the shipping costs.

I didn't find an item of original accessories for my car in the e-shop. How can I get it?

In this case, contact us either by telephone, email or on demand form and we will find out the availability and cost of goods.

Where can I complain for the goods?

First, let us know on info@eshop-peugeot.cz email and send us the properly filled-in complaint report (notice of reclamation). Then, we will agree on how to proceed. If we agree on returning the goods, they have to be sent to this address: Auto Veleslavín Car s.r.o., Veleslavínská 457 / 17b, 162 00 Prague 6, together with a copy of the invoice and the complaint report.

The warranty period for goods is set by law at 24 months.

The complaint will be settled no later than 30 days from the date of application.

When can I expect ordered goods?

The goods in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours or the next working day after the order was placed and paid.

Goods with availability in a few days (eg. Available in 2-5 days, 7-14 days): this means that we have to order the goods from the central warehouse after you place your order and it usually takes the indicated number of days before the goods reach our local depot. As soon as we receive the ordered items in our local depot, your order will be shipped to your address.
