Delivery

Shipping price depends on the weight and measures of the package. To find out the shipping price, add a product to the cart, then fill in your address and you will see the shipping price in the 4th step.

¹ In working days. Goods are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.

² The prices in these currencies are for informational purposes only. The purchasing process itself proceeds in EUR or CZK.

³ Available only for selected products up to 2 kg and limited dimensions.

⁴ Price without VAT (VAT and customs duties are paid by the recipient in their country)

⁵ Delivery only to Northern Ireland. VAT included.

⁶ Minimum purchase of products in the amount of 170 € 

The shipping costs depend on the weight and dimension of products.
We don't deliver to islands around Great Britain, to San Marino and Livigno.

For EU countries: Prices in EUR (€) include national VAT.

For Great Britain and non-EU countries:  Product prices do not include tariffs and other import taxes and fees (DHL charges 11 pounds manipulation fee). All customs duties as well as VAT according to local national laws have to be paid by the customer. In case a customer refuses to pay those taxes and duties and the parcel is sent back to the seller, shipping costs won't be refunded. In case the customer wants to have the parcel shipped again, he will have to pay shipping costs for a second time.

For Great Britain: A minimum purchase of 170 EUR (VAT free and not including shipping) is a specific carrier's requirement based on import rules of the British customs office.
