Information on the right of withdrawal
- The withdrawal period from the purchase contract is 14 days from receipt of the goods. If you purchased the extended return service, this period is extended to 60 days from receipt of the goods.
- It is not possible to withdraw from the purchase contract if the purchase was made by a company (with company registration number / VAT number provided).
- Please send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after submitting this form. The address where the goods should be sent can be found here.
- Please include a copy of this confirmation or the request number in the package.
- If you paid for the goods by cash on delivery, please provide the bank account number on the printed form to which we should return the money.
- We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
